I understand that the Venuefinder service is free of charge to the hirer, and I agree to inform Christian Residential Network (CRNet) by email of any booking I make with a venue as a result of using this service. I understand that the Venuefinder system will automatically generate three monthly reminder emails to me seeking this information, and if at the fourth month there has been no notification, then the Christian Residential Network (CRNet) Office will endeavour to contact me by phone, mail and/or email to gain the information.

Christian Residential Network (CRNet) makes no claims as to the suitability or otherwise of a conference centre or camp that responds to your enquiry. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the centre will meet the hirer's needs prior to finalizing a booking.

Privacy Statement: Christian Residential Network (CRNet) will use the information provided to Venuefinder to process your enquiry by forwarding your request to all centres that meet your criteria. Those centres are not permitted to store the data for use other than servicing this enquiry, unless you, through further enquiry or by making a booking, initiate that further contact.

If a booking is initiated by the Venuefinder enquiry form that you completed, Christian Residential Network (CRNet) will hold your data for 12 months following your visit to the CCI member in order to complete the booking administration follow up process.
